What will you do with my personal information?

Any information you do provide will only be used by Hayward Driving School for the purpose of providing driving lessons. It will not be shared with anyone outside of Hayward Driving School. We will keep your name and contact details securely in a digital format. We will only contact you on matters relating to Hayward Driving School.

On succesful completion of your driving test we may ask if we can take a photo of you to be shared online to celebrate your success. We may also ask you for a review of your experience with us to be shared online (website and/or social media) to promote Hayward Driving School. If you decide at a later date that you no longer wish for us to use your image or review, please contact us and we will remove it immediately.

What should I do if I am concerned about my personal details?

If you believe that any information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
In the unlikely event that you believe your information has been misused, please contact us immediately by emailing andy@haywarddrivingschool.com with the reason(s) you believe why. We will seek to deal with your request without undue delay. Please note that we may keep a record of your communications to help us resolve any issues which you raise.

Payment is by bank transfer only. We will not hold any credit or debit card details.
